Monthly Content Plans, Terms
A monthly plan means we make the same set of content for you every month for one monthly price. You pay the first month at checkout, we start, and the plan runs on month by month.
What arrives each month

Only what is listed above is part of a plan. Anything else is priced and agreed before it starts.
The term and how you pay
The four shoot plans run for three months to start. Reels runs month to month.
You pay the first month in full through the checkout button on the plan you want. The three month term is written in the checkout description, so paying accepts it. There is nothing to sign.
The months after the first come as a Square invoice, one a month, sent to your email and due when you get it.
Month two is billed on the same day of the month the plan started. A plan bought on the 20th is billed on the 20th.
There is no setup fee. The monthly price is the whole price.
When the three months are done the plan carries on month by month until one side ends it.
Booking the shoot
The first shoot is booked once the first payment is in.
We set the shoot date together by message after the first payment. Moving a date needs 48 hours notice. A month with no shoot on your side does not carry over to the next month.
Your files
The finished photos and video are yours once the month they were made in is paid for. Nothing in the plan limits where you post them.
Music, fonts and stock pieces used inside a file keep their own license.
We may show the work in our own portfolio. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing and we keep it off.
You can tell us at any time while the plan runs.
Ending a plan
Either side can end a plan with 30 days notice in writing. After the first three months there is no penalty for ending it.
If you end a shoot plan inside the first three months, the months left in those three are billed at half price.
